Backpack Troops support
For help with photo memories, exports, sign-in or saved trips, email contact.techfusionlab@gmail.com.
To delete your account and its owned trips, private notes and uploaded bookings, sign in and open Profile → Delete your account. You can export your account first. Photos and guest trips stay on each device and can be removed through Clear device library.
If you cannot sign in, email us from your account email address with the subject “Backpack Troops account deletion”. We will verify ownership before removing your data.
